Ultra flight is an exhilarating ride that allows riders to experience unhindered bird eye views of gigantic snow-clad mountains and the scenic lakes far below. Ultra flights are operated from the Domestic Airport of Pokhara beginning September through June. Ultra flight is easy to operate and can easily land on the field or even in a dirt road, and other areas where other planes cannot land.
In about one hour of exciting flight, we ascend to maximum height 5,000 meters around the clear sky of Pokhara valley. Immediately after the aircraft take off from Pokhara, you will witness the spectacular views of the big lakes, mountains and villages. We start a drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara in early morning. The scenic drive from Kathmandu offers us incredible views of Rolling green hills, big trishuli river, and some glimpses of gigantic mountain ranges. Or either, you can choose domestic flight which is more costly but takes you to Pokhara in just a half hour. If you choose flight you will get enough time to explore the alluring Pokhara valley.
Today we will go for ultra flight that starts from Pokhara Airport. After completion of your desired ultra flight package, if time permits, we will go for sightseeing tour in Pokhara Valley. The Phewa Lake, Mahendra Cave, Mountain Museum etc. are most famous travel destinations of Pokhara.
After having breakfast in early morning, we will either drive or fly to Kathmandu. Driving to Kathmandu takes about 7-8 hours while you can reach there within half hours by flight. Both ways offers you mesmerizing views and makes your travel awesome. The flight cost is however not included in package cost, so you have to pay it separately.
